HOW TO APPLY

All government sponsored students get admission to the school through Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) [formerly known as Joint Admissions Board (JAB)] and Moi University Senate, and are required to apply through their respective secondary schools.

Applications for Privately Sponsored Programme (PSSP) programme can be made through the Dean’s office upon payment of a non-refundable processing fee of kshs.1000.

Candidates applying under the PSSP programme must at present have attained at least a mean grade of C+ (C plus)  and a grade B (B plain) in English.

A letter of admission will be sent to qualified applicants only.

Upon reporting to the university the original KCSE results slip must be produced for verification.

Advertisements that detail the deadlines appear in the dailies soon after KCSE results are announced. An academic year usually begins in September

Application is done online via the following link: http://admissions.mu.ac.ke/
